An Austin resident for over 25 years, Harshal brings a level of precision to every project, one that elevates each home from the typical luxury experience to exceptional. A graduate of The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and former leader at Dell Technologies, Harshal pivoted his career to found Sago Homes in 2016.
Details energize him, and he makes sure that every project includes “delighters” – the extra features not commonly included but that bring important added depth to a space. Harshal is passionate about seeing the creative vision come to life. His hands-on approach to the team and the project ensures the quality and design vision is delivered as promised.
Lauren Patel

Lauren brings a wealth of top-tier management, operational, and business strategy experience to a luxury residential development company that is not business as usual. As a graduate of The McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin, Lauren is a strategic visionary and deal maker who thrives on bringing Sago Homes to its customers, setting direction and laying a strong foundation for excellence in operations. She also serves as Sago’s Sales Agent with Douglas Elliman.
She is passionate about developing innovative solutions in the real estate industry and a premier experience that puts the homeowner first.
